Sir Rhys ap Thomas

The other Men-At-Arms stand for Oxford's retinue is Sir Rhys ap Thomas. I hope you enjoy my efforts!

  1. I have him in later life in my Tudor Army but he's looking rather mean in his prime here - very neat painting on the armour.

  2. For all the photos present, very well done, like the stars on the backs. The brushwork is clean and bright, will look impressive when the whole retinue (never mind the whole force) is assembled and based.

  4. Nice work. Enjoyed reading through your blog so far. Everything one would expect from Medievals; flags, livery and guys wearing ridiculous amounts of armour. Keep up the good work!

  5. Thanks for the comments. It's been a while since I have been able to get any work done on this project, however I will posting something in the new year.
